We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was right in the middle of the Beppu hell's area, with several scenic areas within walking distance. this hotel provided excellent facilities, including a range of onsen options and a pleasant rooftop onsen. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and the staff provided really good service. Finally, the breakfast spread was fantastic, with a great selection of fresh items available.

The food was amazing with a lot of fresh and delicious options to choose from. the location was great, easy to reach all the scenic spots. the rooftop onsen was a big highlight, giving us an amazing view of the city and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy a soak.
Sadly, one staff member wasn't as friendly as expected, but all the others made up for it, providing us with great service. the onsen water temperature could have been hotter.

This hotel is perfectly situated near a variety of scenic areas and a Beppu hell's area, offering guests ample opportunities for exploration. the onsen spa boasts several luxurious options, while the rooms are incredibly comfortable. the staff consists of professional and friendly students who help make guests' stays even more enjoyable. the food offered at the restaurant is fresh and varied.
The hotel is a bit pricey, especially if breakfast is not included in the rate.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the nearby scenic areas. The food offered is fresh and plentiful, with lots of options to choose from. Plus, the onsen rooftop is a very special feature that I really enjoyed. The whole hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in every aspect.
The temperature of the onsen water was a bit low for my liking. , one of the staff members didn't seem very friendly, which was a shame, although all the others were really great.
